Founded in 1884, Lindal Moor CC is a leading community cricket club located in south Cumbria. Designated a Focus Club by the ECB, we are a cricket development and networking hub, particularly for women and girls cricket.
We have achieved Clubmark accreditation by demonstrating that the best practices are employed to develop and deliver high quality community cricket in a safe, effective and child friendly manner.
We have a new pavilion project due to be completed in May 2016, which will provide top quality facilities for players, spectators and guests.
Lindal Moor CC has 3 senior teams. The 1st and 2nd XI's compete in the North Lancashire and Cumbria Cricket League, whilst the 3rd XI play on Wednesday evenings in the Furness Cricket Association. We have a rich and successful history of junior cricket and currently have 4 squads for ages under 10 to under 16.
Formed 3 years ago, Lindal Moor is also home of the area hub team for girls known as the South Lakes Maidens. The team currently compete in the under 14 Lady Taverners competition and the local Barrow and District junior under 12 League.
